Domain Name Dispute Policy

1. SOLLUTIUM EU SP. Z O.O. disclaims any responsibility for resolving domain name disputes. If you have a complaint concerning the ownership or the wording of a domain name (as distinct from the content hosted on the associated website), such matters must be addressed directly with the domain name owner or pursued through a UDRP proceeding or court action. Our internal policies, as well as ICANN regulations, strictly prohibit us from serving as the arbiter in domain name disputes; we are only equipped to address complaints regarding the content hosted on our platform (excluding issues related to the domain name itself).
2. The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), established by ICANN, provides a mechanism for resolving disputes related to abusive domain registrations, such as cases involving cybersquatting or trademark infringement. Frequently Asked Questions

• Does investigation differ for domain registration and hosting services?

  
  Some types of abuse may not be verified from our side if we only act as a Registrar and the abusive content resides on third-party servers. Due to this, we will not take restrictive action in order to avoid false-positive cases. This policy particularly affects copyright/DMCA, email abuse/spam, fraud, malware/hacking activity, etc. To expedite the resolution, we highly recommended escalating websites that are registered with Sollutium only to their respective hosting provider supporting your report with sufficient evidence. You might also decide to get in touch with the domain name holder directly by using the Whois details that are assigned to that domain name. If the Whois details are hidden by Domain Privacy Protection service, feel free to send your email to the protected email address. It will then be forwarded to the real email address of the domain holder. We would like to call to your attention that we will not be able to provide you with any contact information of the domain name holder without expressed permission from the customer, except under limited circumstances such as an official court order or subpoena, police or other law enforcement agency's request.

• What is the timeframe for processing complaints?

  
  Our general abuse complaint processing time is 72 hours, but it may vary for each specific case. Abuse complaint processing time may not indicate the timeframe in which the issue will be resolved. Depending on the particular case and the type of the issue, it may take a different amount of time for our investigation to be performed.

• How can I report urgent issues?

  
  We recommend that urgent issues are reported by dedicated email addresses.

• When will I receive a response?

  
  All complaints are investigated and actions are taken when necessary. However, we may not always respond with the results of our investigation, but rest assured that your complaint will be properly evaluated and action will be taken in accordance with our policies.
